By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

2A. Pack by ComplyEaze Browser Extension

Pack by ComplyEaze is an independent browser utility intended to help authorised users select, download, and organise supported compliance-portal documents locally. The current Pack alpha is scoped to selected GST Portal document workflows. Pack is not an official GSTN, CBIC, Government of India, bank, auditor, or lender product, and it does not provide tax, accounting, audit, banking, investment, or legal advice.
You may use Pack only when you are authorised to access the relevant portal account and documents. You are responsible for logging into the portal directly, protecting your credentials, completing OTP, CAPTCHA, MFA, or similar challenges yourself, selecting the correct taxpayer, period, document type, and format, reviewing any generated manifest or exception report, and verifying files before relying on or sharing them.
You must not use Pack to access another person's or entity's information without authority, bypass portal access controls, extract credentials, cookies, tokens, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses, or authentication data, overload or disrupt a portal, misrepresent Pack as an official government tool, or use Pack-acquired information for credit scoring, lending decisions, advertising, sale, or unrelated profiling.
Third-party portals are governed by their own terms and policies. Browser-store approval does not constitute permission from any portal operator. Portal operators may change interfaces, access rules, file availability, session behaviour, or terms at any time, and Pack may stop working temporarily or permanently.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content that you post or contribute to our site, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content on our site, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our site. SPMS Comply Eaze Solutions LLP will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary losses or damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use of or inability to use our Resources, or from any changes, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This website is operated by SPMS Comply Eaze Solutions LLP from our offices in Rajasthan, India. By accessing and using our website, you agree that all matters related to your access and use of this site, including any disputes, will be governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from your use of this site or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution ("ADR") mechanism:
  • Mediation: The Parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through mutual discussion within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the matter will proceed to arbitration.
  • Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SPMS Comply Eaze Solutions LLP. The arbitration shall take place in Rajasthan, India, and will be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both Parties.

Jurisdiction:

Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to this User Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Rajasthan, India. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections related to inconvenient forum or jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our site. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
